Shipping policy

Shipping
Currently our processing time is 1-3 days as we prepare your products with care.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days(We will let you know on the homepage if this is the case)

Shipping Options
All orders are shipped through USPS:
    •    Economy — 5–8 business days
    •    Standard — 3–4 business days
    •    Express — Calculated at checkout by USPS based on weight & destination
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are unable to replace or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
When a package is marked Delivered by USPS, it is considered complete. Nae’s SweetAromas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS can assist with filing a claim if needed.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout by USPS/DHL, any customs or import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
