Returns & Refunds
Each Nae’s SweetAromas creation is handcrafted in small, intentional batches to preserve its purity, potency, and glow-enhancing energy. Because of the intimate nature of skincare, all sales are final.
•If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can assist you quickly, please fill out a contact form-can be found in drop menu. We will reach out within 48 hours, Please be sure to include Order Issue – Your Name & photo is applicable. Our team will take care of you with a replacement or store credit. 
Please note: We do not accept returns due to allergies or results, so please review our full ingredient lists before purchasing.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only when:
    •    An item arrived damaged
    •    An incorrect item was received
    •    An item was missing from your package
To ensure we can assist you quickly, please fill out a contact form-can be found on drop menu. We will reach out within 48 hours, Please be sure to include Order Issue – Your Name & photo is applicable. 

Shipping
Every order is treated with intention. Currently our processing time is 1-3 days as we prepare your products with care.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days(We will let you know on the homepage)

Shipping Options
All orders are shipped through USPS:
    •    Economy — 5–8 business days
    •    Standard — 3–4 business days
    •    Express — Calculated at checkout by USPS based on weight & destination
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are unable to replace or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
When a package is marked Delivered by USPS, it is considered complete. Nae’s SweetAromas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS can assist with filing a claim if needed.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout by USPS/DHL, any customs or import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
